At a time when the heart of the music industry is pleading for the latest, an R&B/Pop group, 3AM, bursts onto the scene. They are destined to captivate all who hear them. I’d like to introduce Marcus (Marc L), Carlos (Los), and Raymond (Ray-mond) three blood-brothers from Kansas City, Missouri. These young men have a tender, harmonic melody that originates deep within their roots in Gospel and R&B Soul. These three brothers have been singing together all of their lives and their voices blend to produce a sound rarely heard. With a sound that expertly laces the melodic, upbeat rhythm of pop, and the sweet, harmonic soul of R&B, these heart-throbs have what it takes to capture the hearts of the ladies and captivate their minds with their seductive lyrical style.
Now seasoned young professionals, with the experience and knowledge of the industry, 3AM has the privilege of working with some of the very best in the game including Atozzio and the Jackie Boyz (Chris Brown, Justin Bieber, Bruno Mars, Madonna, etc…). 3AM has a very dynamic crossover sound (R&B, Pop, Gospel) thus creating a very broad marketing appeal that can be easily capitalized on through endorsement deals, product lines, etc. This type of group does not come around often.
Eager to write lyrics that do nothing short of pulling every girl’s heartstrings, Marc L strives on giving his fan’s the very best. Marcus can be a prankster at times but he prefers devoting his time to music and giving the people that smooth sound that he executes so eloquently.
The smooth, debonair, heart-throb, with a body that will turn heads and lyrics that will intrigue the mind, Carlos sings with great range accompanied by vocal acrobatics. Carlos is always up for a challenge of vocal follow the leader.
Although Raymond can be shy and reserved at times his demeanor changes when he begins to sing. Raymond has a powerful, commanding voice and rugged style that quickly draws the attention of those who hear him.
Please help us get Jaden’s Law passed in the New York!
Passage of this law will help educate and inform individuals of the steps necessary for saving a life through bone marrow or PBSC donation.
Jaden Hilton lost his life at only 3 years old because he did not have a bone marrow or stem cell donor for a lifesaving transplant. So many children and adults are unable to receive this life saving treatment that has existed for 30 years simply because there are still not enough available donors on the national registry. We can change that. We can tell Albany that it is time to pass Jaden’s Law.
New York already encourages tissue and organ donation which saves lives every year but, that does not include the bone marrow/stem cell registry because just like blood, plasma, and sperm, it is a living donation. So many people are dying due to the lack of registered donors on the bone marrow national registry.
Jaden’s Law New York has 3 goals.
Establish an online brochure about bone marrow donation that is located on the Commission of Health and DMV website.
Establish a bone marrow registration option listed on the Department of Motor Vehicle that will inform New Yorkers as to how to donate stem cells/bone marrow for research.
Establish a voter registration process option. It will provide information about the bone marrow/stem cell registry and provide future literature, where applicable. It will also allow ability for voluntary anatomical donation of bone marrow for research.
This has the potential to add hundreds of thousands of donors to the registry without costing taxpayers money. It only makes use of things already in place and will save lives. Isn’t that great? So let’s call our state representative and the governor because there are people in the hospital now who are waiting!
Jamaica, Queens, N.Y. is the birth place of Andre "Marci-a-lago" Whine. Born on November 17th, 1987 to parents William Sims and Brenda Whine, the musical genius entered into this world. Growing up on the west side of Jamaica-Queens-Merrick Blvd & 119th, he experienced both the trials and tribulations of family and street life. Not succumbing totally to the street life itself, the life itself ignited a hidden gem from within. It was at the young age of 13 years old that he heard the music of a Queens Native by the name of NAS who influenced him straight from the beginning. But, it was his best friend, Aaron Waldron who pushed him just enough to begin his journey to become a success in the Hip-Hop world. He then began to listen and learn from his many influences, such as J.Dilla, Mobb Deep, Max B., Cassidy, Fabolous, The Diplomats, Eminem, Jay Z, and his biggest of all, 50 Cent and G-Unit. Thus, he began to rhyme over other artist's beats to perfect his flow and timing. He heard the sounds of an Underground group from Queens named "Black Orchid", that really solitfied his eagerness to enter the Hip-Hop world..It was then he began to record in studios to compile songs for his mix-tapes. Verse after verse, hook after hook, just flowed from him. To date, he has over 50 freestyle songs and two complete mix-tapes that can be heard on Reverbnation; as he is now #1 on their site.
Now writing complete songs, both appealing for the street and commercial radio, he has successfully performed at various shows with over 15,000 people present, and is half-way through recording his 2 mixtapes. His videos can be seen on Youtube, Reverbnation and other sites.
Marci-a-lago is truly young & gifted. He possesses that New York, ballplayer swagga; and he definitely gets the love from the ladies. With his music being relevant for today and his dedication and determination, Marci is destined to be that next big Hip-Hop artist...Stay tuned... There's much to come from your favorite new MC!!!!!
Lately, photos have been popping up of Jay-Z in the studio with various A-list rap names and producers. The question most people immediately ask: "Is Jay-Z working on album." The short answer: "Duh."
Most recently, Hova was snapped in the studio with Rick Ross, Timbaland and DJ Khaled. Previously, he's also been spotted in the lab with Swizz Beatz and Mike Will Made It. The common denominator in the pics so far is Timbaland, who recently signed up with Roc Nation. But no one has said a word about what, if any, songs were actually being recorded.
The story of Maya Angelou’s extraordinary life has been chronicled in her multiple bestselling autobiographies. But now, at last, the legendary author shares the deepest personal story of her life: her relationship with her mother. Read Here
My name is Evette Elliott. I live in the City of Waynesboro. I have Cerebral Palsy I use a power chair which is my only means of transportation. I am seeking your help in a fund raiser to raise the money for an accessible wheelchair van. In the winter months I don’t get out much. A van would help me take care of my daily responsibilities, go to church and seek employment. When the weather keeps me from getting out in my chair, this would be a true blessing. So I would appreciate anything you can do to help me in this Endeavour. Thank you so much, may God bless you greatly.
All donations may be sent to Faith Point Christian Center 1900 Park Rd. Waynesboro VA 22980 c/o Evette’s van fund
