FREEKEY ZEKEY

PRESIDENT DIPSET / CEO 730 DIPS

@FREEKEY730

Ezekiel Giles, better known by his stage name Freekey Zekey, is an African-American rapper best known as a founding member of The Diplomats and as Owner/CEO of 730 Dips Records, and is the cousin of fellow Dipset member Cam'ron (Cameron Giles). He is also a member of fellow rapper Jim Jones' ByrdGang. Freekey has made a habit of yelling his name in songs; it is his signature on tracks, whether he is featuring or the solo artist.

JIM JONES

(VAMPIRE LIFE)

Along with fellow Harlem-based player Cam'ron, Jim Jones founded the Diplomat label, home to the Diplomats/Dipset and many of that crew's prolific solo activities. Though more of a businessman and behind-the-scenes figure than an MC (he was also named a director of A&R at Warner Music Group in early 2005), Jones released solo albums in 2004 (On My Way to Church, which hit the Top 20 upon its August release) and 2005 (Diary of a Summer). The 2006 album Hustler's P.O.M.E. (Product of My Environment) took him out of the background and into the spotlight thanks to the massive hit "We Fly High." The track made it to number five on the Billboard Hot 100, topped their Hot Rap Tracks chart, and was adopted by the New York Giants football team as their unofficial anthem. By the end of the year a remix of "We Fly High" landed on Jones' holiday album A Dipset Christmas. The album Harlem's American Gangster appeared in 2008, just as rumors of Jones' exit from Dipset began to spread. His other release that year, M.O.B.: The Album, introduced his Byrd Gang crew. In 2010, his "Salute" single featured a reunited Dipset, with both Cam'ron and Juelz Santana making guest appearances. A year later, that track landed on Capo, which peaked at number 20 on the Billboard 200. Multiple mixtapes followed into 2016, including his Vampire Life series and The Kitchen, which featured the singles "Finesse" with A$AP Ferg, Rich Homie Quan, and Desiigner and "Harlem" with A$AP Ferg. In 2018, he issued his seventh set, Wasted Talent (Vamplife/Empire), which featured appearances by Jadakiss, Mozzy, YFN Lucci, Ball Greezy, Yo Gotti, Cam'ron, and more.

SEN CITY

Biography

A little rough around the edges is the first thing one thinks of when you first see one of the original members of the 730 Dips; Sen City. While under the umbrella of The Diplomats label, the 730 Dips are creating a dynamic set of artists with their prototype Sen City using the founding elements that have launched the careers of the founding fathers of The Diplomats; Jim Jones, Cam’ron, Freekey Zekey and Juelz Santana. Soulful is the furthest thing one would describe the self proclaimed “Mr. Ooohh” from Harlem but this MC and songster (song+monster) is here to paint a canvas all over billboard charts with his distinctive hooks and lyrical content.

MUSIC IS MY LIFE !!!!!

At a time when Hip-Hop is in a downward spiral, riddled with meaningless content, trendy clichés and embellished tales of alleged hood ties, emerges Hip-Hop's newly anointed prodigy, DON FERQUAN. Previously donned “rap's future” by Nas, DON FERQUAN, better known as QUAN, is a self-taught rapper, singer, and producer. Born in Bridgeport, CT, and bred in Newport "Bad News", VA., QUAN delivers the consistent message of a reformed hustler who saw his share of death, court cases, and prison time before adulthood.

QUAN turned his illegitimate hustler lifestyle into street-related drama and brushes with death before turning to the rap game. Most known for features on two songs off Nas' double LP, "Street's Disciple" (“Just A Moment” & “Suicide Bounce”), QUAN blazed both the first and third verses, and sings the hook of his original song "Just A Moment". “Just A Moment” was chosen as the first single and blew up billboard charts with a bullet and received major rotation on major urban radio stations around the world. "Just A Moment" was considered to be one of the most important and poignant songs of 2004 & helped push Nas’ “Street’s Disciple” to platinum status. QUAN accepted an invitation to tour with Nas on the "Street's Disciple Tour" in Europe, which was also highly praised by critics around the world.

the realest nigga you'll ever meet!

“I definitely think he’s gonna make some noise…once you hear him singing, you say, ‘Dag, how much talent does this guy really have?’ It’s crazy.” – Nas XXL Magazine

RAMPAGE

"I first started rapping when I was eight years old," says Rampage. "I grew up with Busta (Rhymes) in the early eighties in East Flatbush, Brooklyn. We would pick up instruments, beat drums, even play guitars back then, you know, do anything to make a beat." Their ingenuity obviously paid off, with Busta garnering hip hop accolades with L

eaders of the New School, then cementing his place as one of rap's most intriguing characters, and Rampage set to launch his own hip hop assault.

LEGENDARY DJ RON G

“Ron G is definitely more than just a DJ, he’s also a producer, remixer and percussionist.”

THE GOLDEN SILENCE:

Ron G has always been the type to move silently, and silence is golden. Not many mixtape DJs can credit themselves with setting a trend that became a permanent facet in Hip Hop & R&B Music. Throughout his nearly two-decade career, Ron’s production and mixtape outlet combined have shed light on the careers of artists like TREY SONGZ, MARY J. BLIGE, B2K, MICHAEL JACKSON, DMX, R.KELLY, FAT JOE, J-LO, LL COOL J, NOTORIOUS B.I.G., BIG L, TUPAC SHAKUR, and DESTINY’S CHILD’S KELLY ROWLAND to name a few of the hundreds. Although not as highly publicized, Ron G’s skill and dedication stand parallel, and often surpass the most highly decorated producers in the game. Those in the know can’t deny that not only is Ron G one of the hottest DJ/Producers in existence, but also an extremely talented musician and CEO.

Recollecting his first listen of legendary DJ Red Alert’s 107.5 WBLS FM (N.Y.C.) mix session in 1989, the former b-boxer-turned-percussionist says, “I was fascinated by him.” Who knew that nearly a decade later, Ron G would create the number one time slot during his own hour-long mix show on WBLS FM in New York City, as hip hop’s on-air teen prodigy, “The Youngest In Charge”.

DAS EFX BIO

Member Skoob (aka Boogee Bang) hails from Brooklyn, New York while Krazy Drayz hails from Teaneck, New Jersey but the two met at Virginia State University in 1988 and began performing together. They named themselves "DAS" standing for "Drayz and Skoob" and "EFX" meaning "effects". DAS EFX caught the attention of EPMD at a local talent show where, despite losing the competition, they did well enough to convince EPMD to sign them to a recording contract. The duo gained critical and commercial fame with the release of their landmark debut album, Dead Serious, which highlighted their unusual rapping style which they nicknamed "sewage".

They are currently on tour (2011) and are working on a new album.
